Be Respectful

Treat all users with kindness and respect. Sproutsly is a community platform built on trust and neighborly connections. Communicate politely, respond to messages in a timely manner, and be honest in all your interactions.

No Harassment

Harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• •Repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop
• •Sexual harassment or inappropriate comments
• •Stalking or following users outside the platform

No Discrimination

Sproutsly does not tolerate discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. All users are entitled to equal treatment and access to the platform.

No Fraud

Fraudulent activity is prohibited, including:

• •Misrepresenting products, prices, or conditions
• •Using fake payment methods or payment scams
• •Bait-and-switch tactics
• •Creating fake listings or reviews

No Impersonation

Do not impersonate other users, businesses, or entities. Your profile must represent your true identity. Using someone else's name, photo, or information is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

No Illegal Items

You may not list, sell, or purchase illegal items or items that violate applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to controlled substances, stolen goods, and items requiring permits or licenses that you do not possess. See our Prohibited Items Policy for more details.

Safe Meeting Practices

When meeting in person for transactions:

• •Meet in safe, public locations during daylight hours when possible
• •Bring a friend if you feel more comfortable
• •Inspect items thoroughly before completing the purchase
• •Trust your instincts—if something feels off, walk away

Violations & Consequences

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

• •Removal of listings or content
• •Temporary suspension of your account
• •Permanent ban from the platform
• •Legal action if violations involve illegal activity

Sproutsly reserves the right to take appropriate action at its sole discretion based on the severity and nature of the violation.
