Subscription & Billing Policy
Information about Sproutsly seller subscriptions, billing practices, and cancellation policies.
Sproutsly offers optional paid subscription services and promotional features for sellers. This policy outlines how subscriptions work, billing practices, and your rights regarding cancellation and refunds.
Subscriptions Auto-Renew Unless Canceled
Seller subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan). You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Sproutsly will send you a reminder notice before your subscription renews. It is your responsibility to cancel if you do not wish to continue the subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@sproutsly.com.
Important: Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to prevent the next billing cycle from being charged. If you cancel after being charged for a renewal period, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of that paid period, but you will not be refunded for the unused portion.
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to subscription features at the end of your current billing period.
No Partial Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the entire billing period. Sproutsly does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
If you cancel mid-period, you will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining days.
Sproutsly May Suspend for Non-Payment
If payment for your subscription fails or is declined, Sproutsly may:
- •Suspend your subscription and access to subscription features
- •Attempt to retry payment using your saved payment method
- •Notify you of the payment failure and request updated payment information
If payment issues are not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, your subscription will be canceled, and you will lose access to subscription features. Your regular account and listings will remain active unless otherwise terminated under our Terms of Service.
Promotional Purchases Do Not Guarantee Sales
Sproutsly offers promotional features such as featured listings, highlighted placements, and advertising products. Purchasing these promotional features may increase visibility of your listings but does not guarantee:
- •That your listings will be viewed by any specific number of users
- •That users will contact you or make purchases
- •Any specific level of engagement or sales performance
Promotional features are provided "as is" and are non-refundable except where required by law. Your success on Sproutsly depends on many factors, including product quality, pricing, location, and user preferences, which are outside of Sproutsly's control.
